Lois Waggoner College Scholarship Fund
Lois Waggoner was a master teacher. Her passion was to encourage and equip the next generation. Gifts to the scholarship will enable vulnerable children in Uganda, served by Living Hope for Children, to attend a university. Pictured are some of the first recipients.
